The Greeny Phatom Superstar Show is a 1997 American animated television spin-off of Greeny Phatom. The show was conceived by Andy Heyward, produced by GreenyToons, created by Robert Stainton and distributed via broadcast syndication.
After the television series' original run via broadcast syndication, the series received reruns until September 6, 2003, when the GreenyToons Channel picked up the series a few weeks later and continued airing it until August 27, 2010.
Premise[]
The premise of The Greeny Phatom Superstar Show focused upon Little Guy and his friends putting on Broadway-style shows in Dr.'s theater, where they parody mainstream Pop-culture and give original stories. As Robert said in an interview, Dr.'s character in the show was that he wanted everything to go perfectly during each show, but each show would never go the way that Dr. had initially planned, resulting in complete and total chaos.
Characters[]
Most of the characters are the same from the original Greeny Phatom. The show features Geo Guy as the President of the Greeny Phatom fan club. Little Guy 2 and Little Guy 3 have been teased in storyboards from the teaser trailer dressed as Christmas trees, with possibilities that they will be included in the series too.
